Just days before a high-profile event with the CM and deputy CM in attendance, Bengaluru police were alerted to an abandoned bag containing six gelatine sticks and detonators at a private bus stand in KR Market. The discovery, made by a toilet in-charge, prompted an extensive search by the anti-sabotage squad, though no further explosives were found.
