A 34-year-old Kazakhstan coach attached to the Indian cycling squad has been booked under the POCSO Act for allegedly raping a minor cyclist at the National Centre of Excellence in Patiala. Police have issued a lookout circular against Maxat Ayazbayev, seized his passport and formed two teams to trace him after he allegedly went untraceable following the complaint.
