A 55-year-old shopkeeper in Bodhan, Nizamabad district, died after being assaulted by a minor girl’s family. The girl alleged he harassed her when she visited his shop. He succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. Police registered a POCSO case against the shopkeeper and a murder case against the family, deploying a police picket to maintain peace.
