Cognizant Technology Solutions has sold its 13.68-acre property in Chennai for Rs 612 crore. This sale is part of Cognizant’s efforts to consolidate operations within three other buildings in Chennai. The new India headquarters will be at the MEPZ campus. The buyer, Bagamane Group, is expected to redevelop the Thoraipakkam property.
