Bharathi Kannan, a 32-year-old dance master, was arrested for allegedly harassing a 17-year-old girl in Bengaluru. He approached her near a bank, promising to make her a celebrity dancer and convinced her to get into his car. Kannan then sexually harassed her during the drive, leading to her desperate attempts to escape and his subsequent arrest under the Pocso Act.
