Six women were killed and three injured when two speeding tractors, allegedly racing, rammed their e-rickshaw on the Kachla-Ujhani highway in Budaun. The women were en route to a pre-wedding ritual. Police have identified the drivers, one of whom fled the scene, and are conducting raids for their arrest.
