A 29-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband in Dharwad over dowry demands and taunts about her weight. Police have arrested the husband and three others in connection with the death of Priyanka Kamalakar. The victim’s family reported continuous harassment, with the husband reportedly also humiliating her about her physique. An altercation at their residence allegedly led to the fatal strangulation.
