E20 dispute: Maruti Suzuki to challenge order to replace car, cites fuel contamination

Maruti Suzuki will challenge a consumer court order directing a vehicle replacement. The court ordered the company to replace a Grand Vitara Strong Hybrid with a new E20-compatible model. The customer reported recurring technical issues after E20 petrol became widely available. Maruti Suzuki disputes the findings and claims the car was E20 compatible. The company plans to appeal the order before an appropriate higher forum.
