Bali tour never conducted after payment; Kerala panel orders Rs 1.12 lakh payout

A Kerala consumer commission ordered a travel agency to refund Rs 82,500. The agency failed to conduct a Bali tour booked by a customer. This failure constituted deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. The commission also awarded compensation for mental agony and litigation costs. The travel agency must pay the total amount within forty-five days.
