Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced a scheme to boost the footwear and leather sectors and establish India as a global toy manufacturing hub. She also outlined plans for a clean technology manufacturing mission and expanding broadband connectivity to all government secondary schools and primary healthcare centers.
