A Delhi driver was arrested for allegedly strangling a woman to death with her scarf following a financial dispute. The victim, Kavita, met the driver, Vicky Mathur, and offered him money to marry her, but he refused. Mathur then allegedly strangled her, stole her cash, and dumped her body in Noida.
