North Korea bets big on navy with first destroyer; Kim issues ‘brink of nuclear war’ warning

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has unveiled his strategic vision to build two 5,000-ton warships over the next five years, indicating a notable enhancement in the country’s naval capabilities.
